Travel to the tranquil island of a traditional crab village after leaving the bustling city.
Explore this unique and traditional fishing community, which is a part of a small group of islands off the coast east of KL.
Admire the famous “floating houses” of Crab Island, which are elevated above the ocean.
Savour a mouthwatering lunch of the renowned local fish from the village.
In about one hour, depart Kuala Lumpur for the busiest port in Malaysia, Port Klang. A panoramic view of the bustling harbour and the mangrove swamps of neighbouring islands can be seen during the 30-minute ferry ride.
Take a leisurely walk when you get at Pulau Ketam to observe how a whole fishing population lives in a place where even the roadways are elevated. A nearby restaurant will offer lunch.
To return to Port Klang, take the ferry after lunch. Take a drive up to see the Selangor Sultan’s magnificent residence.
See the Blue Mosque, also called the Sultan Salahuddin Mosque. The mosque, which is encircled by the Municipal Council Tower, State Library, State Museum, and Lake Gardens, is housed in one of the biggest religious domes in the world and takes up roughly 36 acres of lovely parkland. Before we wrap up our journey for the day, make a stop at Thean Hou Temple.

Take a ferry to Pulau Ketam after arriving in Port Klang.
After reaching Pulau Ketam, take a walk around the island.
