Tutankhamun’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings. King Tutankhamun’s mummy is housed in the tomb, which also features stunning murals and a stone chamber. The idea that King Tutankhamun’s riches was hidden here moved me.
Tutankhamun’s tomb is a wonderful place to visit. It’s amazing how nicely the wall decorations have held up. He lies in his grave for the public to see.
The body of King Tuthkanmun is housed in a plastic casket in this tiny tomb, which requires an additional $25 to access. Baboons and other artwork adorn the walls. The side room where the treasure is hidden from view has a damaged tomb cover.
